Smart Parenting ideas on having a happy and healthy home this 2012!

It's back to reality for most moms after the holidays. Back to the 'ole routine of multi-tasking while keeping the family healthy and happy. The January-February ish of Smart Parenting has great ideas on how to do just that!

Of course, a happy home starts with mom and dad being happy. Read tips on how to keep the romance alive, become happier parents by following six simple mantras, and parenting wisdom from a Zen mom.

Next, nurture the exchange of love and respect between the members of the family by raising polite and well-mannered children. Smart Parenting shares the manners that your kids need to learn according to their age.

Having a clash with the grandparents when it comes to raising your child? Smart Parenting will teach you ways on how you can get Lolo and Lola play by your rules while still keeping them close to build a solid relationship with the apos.

Lastly, know the parenting style of Gladys Reyes who is mom to Christophe, Aquisha, and Grant. Oh, and don't forget that your little one will also get a National Geographic Little Kids mag which comes bundled with every Smart Parenting issue.

You can get Smart Parenting and National Geographic Little Kids from newsstands, bookstores, and supermarkets nationwide for only Php 125. It also comes with a sneak peek of Disney School Skills, a new book from the publishers of Disney Princess and Disney Junior Magazine which is also available this January for Php 195.

  3. clash with grandparents? if my dad were still alive i'm pretty sure we'd be at war by now considering how possessive he is of his grandkids, baka we won't be able to borrow sadie from him! :P seriously though, i believe that kids who were close to their grannies growing up are better behaved than those who don't. :P
