Making A Difference With A Flick Of The Switch

It's just a simple question of who you will be voting for. Are you for Mother Earth or for Global Warming. I hope you vote the former.

On March 28, 2009 at exactly 8:30 to 9:30 in the evening, a global election will happen. To vote for Mother Earth, you just have to switch off the lights for an hour from 8:30-9:30 p.m. anywhere you are in the world. Leaving your lights on means that you are for global warming. We are targeting 1 billion votes in favor of Mother Earth. The results will be presented to the world leaders at the Global Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen 2009. The said conference will determine official government policies against global warming, which will replace the Kyoto Protocol.

Ralph is already excited for Earth Hour to happen next Saturday. Engaging him in this activity will not only teach him about environmental awareness but also how to make a stand in global issues. We will be documenting what we are going to do during the Earth Hour for everyone to see. I hope you and your family can also take time to be part of this event. You can start now by signing up and being counted.
