Today is July 1 and we're officially into the 2nd half of 2010. I found this day a good time to reassess my goals this year and check my list to see what I have already done and the things I still haven't done yet.
In the first half of 2010, I found that that I was able to travel to two new places which are Bacolod and Bohol, learn a new skill which is baking, and reunite with long lost friends when I helped organized our 15th year high school reunion. What I have still have left in the list is my weight loss goal that would help me get back on the healthier track. Then again, I give credit to myself for resisting the urge to buy quick trim products just to lose weight. No, I would not go back to that life again. I prefer to do it now in a more natural weight. Hopefully, by working out with my Wii balance board, I'd reach my weight loss goal before the year ends.
