Being diabetic makes me a favorite target of people selling health supplements. I often say no to them because my condition also makes me sensitive to the effects of these health supplements. Besides, I have my own maintenance meds and vitamins so I don't think I can add more into my daily "menu." Not to mention the extra bucks I would need to buy them. I take 1500 milligrams of Metformin everyday to tame my fluctuating blood sugar levels. I also take in Fern-C, Myra 400 E, and sometimes, Pharmaton when I'm working on huge writing projects that leave me all stressed out. I'm also thinking of adding calcium supplements because I don't drink milk.
Are you taking in health supplements? How is it working for you so far?

my family and I are just new to taking the new health supplement C24/7 from Nature's Way which is exclusively distributed by AIM Global. we decided to try it especially for my daughter who has asthma and my father who has osteoarthritis. my kids and I are taking it too in place of chemical-based vitamins. it's been barely a month since we started taking it, so it's too early to say if it's really a better option, but so far, my father's been able to move and walk.
