Going Android

My husband is moving over to a new company in a few days. Part of the move is leaving his company-assigned Blackberry unit behind and buying his own. Based on some of my blogger friends' reviews, having an Android phone is the way to go especially if the phone user has high mobile computing needs. My husband, on the other hand, is planning to get the HTC Desire HD.

There are lots of rave reviews about this htc desire hd android phone. I am impressed with its specifications. With a CPU processing speed of 1GHz, 768 MB RAM, and 1.5 GB internal storage, it would be almost the same as having a laptop around 24/7. The phone also boasts of an 8MP camera, internal GPS antenna, widgets, and HTCSense. Best of all, it runs on Windows 7!

The last time we asked, price was around Php 35K. We're going back tomorrow and we'll see if we can haggle a bit more for a lower price. I am so jealous of my husband's new phone! Gah, it will take me months before I can buy one for myself. Maybe I should just wait for the time when he hands it over to me, hehehe!
