A Facebook page has been gaining popularity over the week. It was created after the supposedly "Photoshopped" photo of top Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) officials inspecting the damage brought by Typhoon Pedring at the baywalk along Roxas Boulevard. Pinoys weren't happy of the photo because they felt betrayed. I, for one, was disappointed. However, creative Pinoys showed their outrage by creating their own versions of the photo.
I did not post photos here because I know I have to get permission from their owners yet. If you'd like to see them and have a good laugh, better type DPWHERE in your Facebook search box and it will lead you straight to its page.
I'm still learning the ropes of Adobe Photoshop. Usually, I use Lightroom to enhance my digital photos. I hope I have more time to develop my Photoshop skills like the guys over at DPWHERE. I would definitely need that to make Bachelorette Party Invitations for a friend.
Do you think you can create your own version of the photo for DPWHERE? Let me know so I can see it!
