Project bedroom dresser

I've been wanting to have a proper bedroom dresser for the longest time. I want my very own spot in our bedroom where I can put all my beauty essentials. I want somewhere where I can sit at night when I do my nightly skin ritual. For the meantime, I do all of these in the bathroom where I have a small vanity shelf.

I'm thinking of having one made by my handyman slash houseboy. I browsed through Pinterest and here's one design I loved:

I'm not much into dressing tables with elegant designs so I think this one will blend in with our present room furniture. I may have to do away with the white paint, though, and just have the wood varnished.
