Good thing my binata did not become nauseous on our ride home. To make him feel better, I made him a warm bowl of Creamy Fresh Mushroom Soup as soon as we got home. The recipe is not mine, by the way. I got it from the Nestlé Cream Facebook page.
I was somehow thankful that I had to stay home to look after Rap this Tuesday because it gave me the chance to try out this dish. Oftentimes, I would prepare mushroom soup straight from the can. Although it tastes nice, nothing beats homemade soup that's made from scratch. Plus, this Creamy Mushroom Soup doesn't only have button mushrooms in it but also oyster, Shitake, and Enoki mushrooms. Of course, Nestlé Cream provided the creaminess that my boy loves.
Here's the recipe:
Ingredients:
2 tbsp butterThis Creamy Fresh Mushroom Soup recipe is just one of the many recipes featured in the Nestlé Cream Facebook page. The online recipe cards are also featured in their page as Facebook cover photos so be sure to follow the page (http://www.facebook.com/nestlecreamsundays) for regular updates!
