Last week, I was invited along with other bloggers to try the Zen Smart Chairs at The Luxe Lounge in Ayala Malls Marikina. The invite was very timely because I badly needed a massage. But honestly, I wasn't really expecting much because I knew it would be JUST on a massage chair. I knew how massage chairs work at the malls. Suki si Ralph 'nun eh! But boy, was I surprised when I got there!
The Luxe Lounge is located at the Ground Floor of Ayala Malls Marikina (not Feliz) in Marikina Heights. It was a very relaxing oasis in the middle of a busy mall, unlike the usual massage chair stations that we see in the middle of halls or arcades. The ambiance was very pleasant from the warm lights to the light jazz music that's being played. The walls are adorned with artsy inspiring quotes. The chairs all looked so cozy and clean. The staff were all smiles and ready to assist us.
To say that I was in awe is an understatement. Imagine naman kasi, for as low as 20 pesos, you can already have a 6-minute massage on a Zen Smart Chair complete with blanket! But if you really want to fully enjoy the chair, I would suggest that you avail at least the 15-minute massage. Now, if you have more time to spare and would like to have a cup of Japanese tea to complete the experience, ask for the 30-minute or 60-minute massage. You won't regret it, I kid you not!

Oh di ba? Kakaiba! I enjoyed it so much that I'm going back with the boys next week. Buti na lang, we often pass by Marikina on our way home from Pisay.
